Named the blood type with the weakest genetics

Researchers have identified a blood type that may be the most vulnerable in terms of hereditary resistance and immune protection.

As reported by BAKU.WS, people with the second (A) blood type have the lowest genetic resistance. According to several studies, it is people with this blood type who more often experience weak immune response, increased susceptibility to viral infections, and risk of developing chronic diseases, including oncological and cardiovascular conditions.

Medical experts note that in the process of evolution, the A blood type formed later than the first (O) type, and carries fewer protective genetic factors. This makes its carriers more sensitive to environmental changes and stress factors.

However, experts emphasize that blood type is just one of many factors affecting human health. Proper nutrition, physical activity, avoiding harmful habits, and regular check-ups play a much greater role in maintaining strong immunity and longevity.
