During educational activities, drivers who create obstacles for public transport by entering the bus lane are stopped, preventive conversations are conducted with them, and information about the requirements of current legislation is provided.

"Public transport passengers should be treated with respect. Compliance with the rules should be the basic skill, behavior, and discipline of every driver in the city's transport network," the statement says.
