Bacteria found in cheese and ghee at a market in Azerbaijan

The Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan (FSAA) conducted an inspection at a market in the Barda district, owned by "Barda Tijarat" OJSC.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the FSAA, during the inspection it was revealed that dairy products of unknown origin were being sold at the market.
Samples of cheese and clarified butter were taken for laboratory analysis. According to the analysis results, the presence of staphylococcus bacteria was detected in both products.
