Hollywood actress Demi Moore topped the annual Most Beautiful Person ranking, published by the authoritative magazine People.

The editorial staff named the 62-year-old actress the most beautiful woman on the planet and conducted a candid interview with her, in which Moore shared her perspective on beauty and career. According to her, the main achievement is accepting herself as she is.

"It's a feeling of complete self-acceptance every day. I'm not just talking about the qualities I like, but about all aspects of my personality and appearance," the actress emphasized. She also admitted that she is aware of age-related changes but doesn't allow them to affect her self-esteem. "This doesn't define my value," Moore added.

The magazine People annually selects the most beautiful person of the year, and its cover has featured such celebrities as Julia Roberts, Michelle Pfeiffer, Sofia Vergara, Cindy Crawford, Jodie Foster, Meg Ryan, Mel Gibson, Courteney Cox, Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Kidman, Beyoncé, and others over the years.
