Famous restaurants fined in Baku

Regular inspections were conducted at public catering facilities and restaurants operating in Baku city by employees of the 11th Regional Department of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Environmental Pollution Monitoring Group.

As Oxu.Az reports, this was announced by the press secretary of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Irada Ibrahimova.

It was noted that during the monitoring and measurement work, it was established that the amount of emissions into the atmosphere from banquet halls and restaurants operating in Baku city - Xəmsə, Ağ Çiçəyim, Afrodita Palace, Arzu, Şahzadə, Leyla Plaza, Kolissa Hall, White Palace, Qızıl Qaya, Golden Baku, Baku Castle, Qəbələ-Xanlar, Xankəndi, Çətir, Alaçatı Mood, Kafe Faiq, Tovuz Manqal, 3 Mərtəbə, Sunrise - exceeds the norm.

"Based on these facts, protocols have been drawn up against the authorized representatives of the facilities, and measures in accordance with the legislation are being taken to impose a fine of 2,500 manats on each," the information states.
