Changes have been made to the mandatory health insurance (MHI) service package in Azerbaijan.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding decision was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
From now on, for each referral for MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and CT (computed tomography) services provided on an outpatient basis according to medical indications based on the referral of an insured qualified doctor, 20% of the tariff for these medical services will be paid from the co-financing amount.
Previously, co-financing in the amount of 20 manats was contributed for this application.
