A hand grenade exploded in Khojaly, injuring a 17-year-old young man

A hand grenade exploded in the village of Khanyurd in Khojaly district, resulting in injuries to a 17-year-old young man.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in a joint statement by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the General Prosecutor's Office, and ANAMA.
According to the information, Agshin Arif oglu Mammadov (born 2008), a resident of Jalilli village in Tovuz district, received an injury to his right hand as a result of the explosion of a hand grenade's detonating mechanism.
As a result of the incident, three fingers of the injured young man were amputated. The Khojaly district prosecutor's office has already begun an investigation into the incident.
The agencies once again urge citizens to strictly observe safety rules, not to touch dangerous objects, to pay attention to mine danger signs, and under no circumstances to enter unfamiliar territories.
