A 17-year-old girl tragically died in Azerbaijan

In Barda, a 17-year-old girl drowned in a water canal.

This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It is noted that information about one person drowning in the Upper Karabakh water canal section passing through the territory of Garagoyunlu village in Barda district was received on the ministry's "112" hotline.

In connection with this information, rescue divers from the State Service for Small Vessel Control and Water Rescue of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were involved in the search.

Currently, the Ministry of Emergency Situations forces continue searching for the presumably drowned Khalilova Gulchin Jafar gyzy (born in 2008).
