"Nar" strengthens equal and accessible service environment for all
"Nar", known for its socially oriented initiatives, is expanding its activities to create an equal and inclusive environment as part of a new DEIB strategy (Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging) called "We are all one". The main goal of the strategy is to ensure greater accessibility of mobile services for people with disabilities.
As part of the project, front office employees of "Nar" have begun serving subscribers with hearing impairments in sign language. This initiative contributes to improving the quality of communication in customer service centers and makes services more accessible to everyone.
In addition, since last year, "Nar" offices have been providing priority service for people with disabilities. Also, the customer centers "Elmlar Akademiyası" and "Memar Ajemi" have been fully adapted for wheelchair users: entrances, exits, and infrastructure have been modernized to ensure their comfortable and free movement.
It should be noted that in order to promote an inclusive society, "Nar" introduced the country's first online sign language dictionary - jestdili.az in 2021. Continuing this initiative, a mobile application for sign language, designed for more convenient learning, will also be launched in the near future.
Currently, the operator "Nar" serves 2.2 million subscribers and has been the leader among Azerbaijan's mobile operators in Customer Loyalty Index for six consecutive years. The company's success is based on a consistently implemented customer-oriented strategy. Nar offers users reliable and quality communication services, a wide selection of internet packages and modern eSim technology at favorable prices.
