President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on awarding the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov with the "Heydar Aliyev" order.

"Guided by paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:
For outstanding contributions to the development of friendly, fraternal, and partnership ties between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan, to award the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Nurgozhoevich Japarov with the 'Heydar Aliyev' order."
