Hikmet Hajiyev: Mastering artificial intelligence is a priority task for Azerbaijani media

Today, Azerbaijani media faces a crucial task - mastering artificial intelligence technologies.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was stated by the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev in a conversation with journalists on the sidelines of the III Shusha Global Media Forum.

He noted that regular meetings with media executives are already being held, where the practical application of artificial intelligence in daily work is discussed.

"We are actively studying international practices in this field. For example, despite some technical problems with voiceover, there are already good results in the field of simultaneous translation from Russian and English into Azerbaijani. A number of media platforms are already implementing these technologies," said Hajiyev.

Hikmet Hajiyev also spoke about an experiment conducted with artificial intelligence.

"We published an article created by artificial intelligence in one of the Azerbaijani media outlets. However, no one was able to determine that it was prepared by AI," he added.
