Foreign Media: Ilham Aliyev Demands Official Admission of Guilt from Russia for AZAL Plane Crash

According to information disseminated by authoritative media outlets in Romania and Bulgaria, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev demanded from the Russian Federation an official admission of guilt in connection with the aviation disaster that occurred in December 2024. It is noted that the head of state made this statement during his speech at the III Shusha Global Media Forum.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to AZERTAJ, Romanian media, including the national news agency AGEPRES, publications Evenimentul Zilei and Mediafax, as well as the Bulgarian news agency BTA, newspaper 24 chasa and other media emphasize that Ilham Aliyev considers it important for Russia to officially acknowledge that it shot down an Azerbaijani passenger aircraft.
