Deputy of Erdogan arrived in Nakhchivan - UPDATED

A delegation headed by the Deputy Chairman of the ruling Justice and Development Party of Turkey (AK Parti) and Head of the Main Directorate for Relations with Turkic States, Kürşad Zorlu, arrived today on a visit to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (AR).

As reported by the local bureau of Report, during the visit, the delegation visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the main square of Nakhchivan.

Deputy Chairman of Turkey's ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Parti) Kürşad Zorlu is heading to Nakhchivan.

As Report informs, he wrote about this on his "X" social network.

In his publication, he called Nakhchivan one of the strategic centers of the Turkic world and the "Turkic Gate."

"In the upcoming period, the atmosphere of peace and prosperity that the brotherhood of Azerbaijan and Turkey brings to our region will emanate from here," noted the deputy chairman.
