A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR) and the government of the United States of America (USA) on the establishment of a strategic working group to prepare the Charter of Strategic Partnership between AR and the USA.
The document was signed by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and US President Donald Trump.
