Extended deadline for choosing a master's degree specialization

The deadline for choosing a specialization for the master's level has been extended today until 13:00.

This was reported by the State Examination Center (SEC).

It is noted that bachelors who meet the competition requirements and have obtained the right to participate in the specialization selection must choose their specializations by 13:00 on July 27 via the internet to participate in the competition for specializations offered for admission to master's programs at higher education institutions.

It should be noted that as of 09:15 on July 27, 15,633 bachelors have confirmed their applications (Azerbaijani sector - 14,251, Russian sector - 1,382).

During the process, the bachelor selects codes for up to 20 specializations corresponding to their completed major and their preferences, enters them in the desired order in the Bachelor's Electronic Specialization Selection Application and confirms them. The specializations chosen by the bachelor must correspond to the selection table to which they are entitled and to their completed bachelor's major (for some specializations, foreign language requirements also apply) (the list of specializations open for admission and the allocated program places for these specializations are presented in issue No. 4 of the "Master" journal). The electronic version (in PDF format) of issue No. 4 of the "Master" journal can be purchased on the website www.abiturient.az.

Only bachelors who have selected and confirmed their specializations in the Bachelor's Electronic Specialization Selection Application will be admitted to the competition.
