SOCAR implements a platform for improving operational excellence and development

The Quality & Document Management System (QDMS) platform has been successfully put into operation in the "Complex Drilling Operations" trust of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).

This was reported by the trust.

It is noted that this platform will become part of the digital quality management roadmap across the entire SOCAR company.

The implemented system provides transparent, traceable, and internationally standards-compliant management of quality control and assurance mechanisms.

According to the information, at the next stage, the platform's user coverage will be gradually expanded to all SOCAR divisions. The implementation of such digital solutions makes a significant contribution to achieving the company's goals in operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement.
