SOCAR and ENOC Group discussed cooperation in the energy sector

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and ENOC Group of the United Arab Emirates discussed cooperation opportunities in exploration, production, digitalization, trade, and marketing.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to SOCAR, the discussions took place during a meeting between SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and ENOC Group Board Member and Chief Executive Officer Hussain Lootah.

In addition, the prospects for interaction between the companies were considered, and the significance of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in November of this year between SOCAR and Dragon Oil was emphasized in terms of expanding the partnership.

The parties also exchanged views on cooperation in various areas of the energy sector and other spheres of mutual interest.
