Azerbaijan increases defense and security spending

In the next year, defense and security expenditures in Azerbaijan are planned at 8 billion 714.8 million manats.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this is stated in the Ministry of Finance data "On preliminary indicators of consolidated and state budgets for 2026".

According to the information, this is 3.8% more compared to the approved forecast for 2025.
