WHO addressed humanity with an important statement

The global community is in danger of being left without effective protection against fungal infections due to the growing resistance of pathogens to drugs and deficiencies in the diagnostic system. This is stated in two new reports by the World Health Organization (WHO), reports BAKU.WS.
According to experts, fungal diseases most often affect people with severe forms of other illnesses. However, weakened immunity and low effectiveness of therapy due to drug resistance exacerbate the situation. As a result, mortality from infections belonging to the "critically priority group" - cryptococcus, aspergillus, and candida - can reach 88%.
WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus previously noted that a new pandemic is not a question of "if," but a question of "when." According to him, this is an epidemiological inevitability for which humanity must be prepared.
Recall that at the end of February, WHO also reported on the stagnation of the European healthcare system. Among other things, it was noted that one in five adolescents in Europe suffers from mental disorders.
