In the American state of Connecticut, it has been decided to demolish the former mansion of U.S. President Donald Trump, where he lived with his ex-wife.

This was reported by the publication Page Six.

The house is located in the city of Greenwich, and it is now owned by another person. The new owner, whose name has not been disclosed, has undertaken a large-scale redevelopment of the property.

"The Greenwich mansion that President Trump shared with Ivana Trump is set to be bulldozed," the report states.

In place of the building, tennis courts, an outdoor pool, several auxiliary buildings, and a new main house are to be constructed. The new house project is being designed by the architectural firm Robert AM Stern Architects, which worked on the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas in 2009.

The mansion in question was awarded to Ivana Trump after their divorce in 1992. Two years after the passing of the president's ex-wife, in 2024, the property found a new owner, who paid $31.5 million for it.
