"So we spent all this money - probably 600… I think we were spending 600 billion dollars a year, right? Think about it: the amounts we spend on NATO are just crazy, and they didn't help us," he told reporters at his residence.

According to the president, since Washington may not receive help "in small matters," it also has the right to refuse to provide it.
