As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by CNN, citing his office.

Before his departure, Vance stated that he intended to stay at the negotiations with the Iranian delegation in Switzerland for no more than two days.
Technical negotiations between Iran and the United States, as well as the mediating states of Pakistan and Qatar, will begin on June 21 in the Swiss city of Bürgenstock. They are expected to be held in a closed format. Vance had stated that the main topics of the U.S.-Iran negotiations in Switzerland would be the Islamic Republic's nuclear program and a ceasefire in Lebanon.
