The Pentagon announced how much the war with Iran cost the USA

The war against Iran has cost the US $25 billion so far.

As Reuters reports, this was stated to lawmakers at a hearing of the House Armed Services Committee by a senior Pentagon official, acting budget comptroller Jules Hurst.

He noted that the majority of the money was spent on munitions. However, the Pentagon official did not specify what exactly was included in the estimate of these expenditures and whether projected costs for the restoration and repair of basic infrastructure damaged during the conflict in the Middle East were taken into account.

Reuters notes that $25 billion is equal to NASA's annual budget.
