Negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff have concluded in the Kremlin. They lasted about three hours, reports RIA Novosti.

A video recording has also circulated showing, presumably, Witkoff's motorcade leaving the Kremlin.
