The death toll from Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon has risen to 912

At least 912 people have been killed as a result of Israeli airstrikes on Lebanese territory since the beginning of the new military escalation in the region.

These figures were provided by the republic's Ministry of Health in a summary posted on the social network X.

"The total number of victims over the past day has risen from 886 to 912, and the number of wounded from 2,141 to 2,221," the statement says. "Among those killed are over 100 children."

Medical officials noted that rescue operations are continuing at the bombing sites in the southern regions and the Bekaa Valley, so the number of dead and injured may increase.

According to the Ministry of Interior, the number of displaced persons in Lebanon has risen to 1,049,328 due to the military operations.
