Spain's Prime Minister Responded to Trump's Threats with Two Words
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez responded to threats from US President Donald Trump with words about the inadmissibility of war.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the AFP agency.
"No to war!" declared the Spanish prime minister.
He also emphasized that Spain does not support the US and Israeli operation against Iran, calling it a catastrophe. According to Sánchez, this position is shared by many governments and millions of citizens.
Sánchez thus responded to Trump's threats over Spain's ban on the use of its jointly managed military bases for the operation against Iran. The US president called Madrid's position "terrible" and stated that the US could simply arrive and use the bases if they wanted to.
