Pezeshkian: Khamenei is healthy enough to negotiate for 7-8 hours

Today, in an interview with state television, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian spoke about a recent meeting with Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei. Pezeshkian stated that the meeting lasted about seven hours and all pressing issues were discussed during it.

This was reported by the Telegram channel "Free Iran."

He noted that Khamenei is in excellent physical shape. According to Pezeshkian, topics such as the standard of living of the population, employment and housing issues, as well as problems caused by sanctions, and the positions of the government and the people were discussed.

He mentioned Khamenei's words that the entire enemy strategy is aimed at sowing discord and division, and therefore it is extremely important to avoid statements that could undermine unity and cohesion.

In conclusion, the president addressed the Iranian people: "Dear people of Iran! If during these difficult times you notice any negligence or shortcomings, know that we are deeply ashamed of this, and we are entirely at your service."
