Markov on the murder of Azerbaijanis in Russia by an OMON squad

It's terrible that during the detention of civilians who did not offer any resistance, two people died.
As APA reports, this was stated by the director of the Russian Institute of Political Studies, well-known political scientist Sergey Markov, commenting on the mass arrests of Azerbaijanis by law enforcement agencies in Yekaterinburg.
He noted that the outrage from the Azerbaijani side is logical.
"Two people died during the detention of civilians who did not offer any resistance, three people are in intensive care - this is terrible. This should not happen. The outrage also makes sense, we are waiting for an accurate investigation, official explanations and punishment of those responsible," emphasized the Russian political expert.
