Demi Moore on Bruce Willis's illness: "It's unbearable!"

Actress Demi Moore admitted that she is struggling with the illness of her ex-husband Bruce Willis, who suffers from frontotemporal dementia. Her words are reported by The Independent.

"It's difficult! It's unbearable to see such changes in someone who was so energetic, strong, and determined," the celebrity confessed.

According to the actress, she tries to approach the changes in Willis's condition with special care and understanding. Moore believes it's important to accept people as they are now, without trying to compare them to their past state.

"Don't expect people to be who they were or who you want them to be. I find incredible tenderness and expression of love in this," the actress noted.

Moore also expressed sympathy for Bruce Willis's current wife, model Emma Heming. She expressed admiration for how Willis's wife is handling the situation.

"She didn't have a ready plan of action for how to deal with this. Emma has taken on so much work, and I really think she has done an amazing job," emphasized the star of "Substance."

Bruce Willis has three children with actress Demi Moore. They raised daughters Rumer, Tallulah, and Scout. The artists lived in marriage for almost 13 years, from 1987 to 2000. After the divorce, in 2009, Bruce Willis married model Emma Heming, who is 23 years younger than him. The couple is raising two daughters: Mabel Ray and Evelyn Penn.

In February 2023, Bruce Willis's family announced that the actor had developed frontotemporal dementia. This disease leads to a gradual loss of cognitive abilities.
