Earth trembled for 9 days in a row — scientists revealed the shocking cause

In the fall of 2023, the planet was literally "trembling" - but not due to earthquakes or eruptions. It all began on September 16, when global seismic stations detected a strange rhythmic signal coming from the eastern coast of Greenland. Every 90 seconds, for nine days, this pulse sounded again and again.
Scientists classified it as an unidentified seismic object (USO). Unlike typical earthquakes, the signal had a clear single-frequency structure - 11 mHz. As it turned out, the anomaly was caused by a gigantic natural collapse in the Dixon Fjord area. About 25 million cubic meters of rock and ice simultaneously crashed into the water. This created a standing wave (seiche) that resonated in the narrow fjord for nine days, creating a "trapped tsunami" effect - with oscillations up to 200 meters high.
It was the unique geography of the fjord that prevented the wave from escaping, turning it into a natural "pendulum" that produced the recorded rhythm.
🧬 By the way, in parallel, archaeologists in Turkey made an equally intriguing discovery - the grave of a woman more than 12 thousand years old. She was buried with marten paws, bird wings, and a bison skull - a hint at an ancient ritual that might have preceded even the emergence of ceramics.
