During Gurban Bayram in Turkey, more than 14,000 people were injured

On the first day of Eid al-Adha celebrations in Turkey, more than 14 thousand people were injured while slaughtering sacrificial animals. This was reported on June 7 by the country's Minister of Health Kemal Memisoglu on social network X.

According to him, 14,372 people sought medical attention across the country, including 1,049 victims in Ankara, 753 in Istanbul, 655 in Konya, 634 in Gaziantep, and 572 in Manisa.

The minister emphasized that sacrifice rituals should be performed exclusively by specialists.
