Two fruits that prevent weight loss have been named

Nutritionist Alvaro Torres recommended avoiding two types of fruits while following a diet.
He shared this in an interview with El Español.
According to the specialist, people who are trying to lose weight should exclude bananas from their diet if possible. Torres explained that these fruits contain a lot of sugar and calories, which can slow down the weight loss process.
The nutritionist also advises against consuming melons, especially in the evening, as they also do not contribute to weight loss.
At the same time, Torres emphasized that other fruits should be included in daily nutrition - three to five pieces per day. This will help saturate the body with antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and water, as well as reduce the risk of developing oncological, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal diseases.
