The age at which a person experiences peak happiness has been identified

Despite the common belief that 20 years is the golden age, for most people this period of life is not at all the best.
Many believe that the twenties are the brightest years, but new research calls this into question. Moreover, it shows that a person truly flourishes not at 30 or even 40 years old.
According to research data published on Yourtango, the real feeling of a fulfilling life comes only after 50 years.
As part of a global study on prosperity, specialists examined how age affects the level of happiness and life satisfaction. More than 200 thousand people from over 20 countries around the world participated in the survey.
The results showed that young people aged 18 to 29 more often face difficulties: they feel less happy, have problems with physical and mental health, self-esteem, finding meaning, quality of relationships, and financial stability. All this is far from a state that can be called flourishing.
