Psychologist explained how to get rid of panic attacks
It's impossible to completely protect yourself from panic attacks, but it's possible to reduce the likelihood of their occurrence. Clinical psychologist Stanislav Sambursky told this to "Moscow 24".
According to him, it's important to establish good sleep patterns, include physical activity in your daily routine, and reduce news and digital noise, including limiting time spent on social media. Additionally, it's important to learn how to cope with stressful situations.
"For those who have experienced a panic attack, I would first advise getting a medical examination to rule out cardiovascular and endocrine diseases, which could be the cause. If there are none, you should see a psychologist and address the problem to prevent it from escalating," said Sambursky.
To deal with the problem independently, it's important to learn more about panic attacks and understand that this is a normal stress reaction.
