The expert suggested performing three exercises: burpees with dumbbells (3 sets of 12 repetitions), push-ups with arm abduction (3 sets of 10 repetitions) and leg extensions in a half-squat position (3 sets of 20 repetitions). She emphasized that each exercise works different muscle groups and includes elements of functional training.
Rotach noted that regularity and proper technique are more important than the duration of workouts. She also emphasized that exercise alone is not enough for weight loss - it's important to create a calorie deficit.
