Man ate 30 eggs a day and shared the consequences

25-year-old Oklahoma resident Joshua Allard conducted an unusual food experiment, limiting his diet exclusively to eggs. The young man consumed up to 30 eggs daily, washing them down only with water. Well-known dietitian Tom Sanders revealed the potential risks of such a mono-diet in an interview with the Daily Mail.
According to the blogger, despite the impressive number of eggs eaten, the feeling of hunger did not leave him throughout the five-day experiment. By the end of the trial, Joshua noticed a significant weight loss, but noted good well-being and even improved sleep quality.
Commenting on the risky experiment, dietitian Sanders expressed serious concern. The specialist emphasized that such a diet poses a particular danger to people with elevated cholesterol levels. According to him, eggs contain a significant amount of this substance, so their excessive consumption can have negative health consequences.
At the same time, the expert noted that eggs themselves are a healthy product. However, they cannot serve as the only source of nutrition, as such a diet will lead to an excess of cholesterol while simultaneously causing a deficiency of necessary vitamins and minerals.
