Neftchi club did not accept the proposal to postpone the home match against Karabakh in the XXI round of the Misli Premier League.

"On the eve of the match against Newcastle United in the UEFA Champions League play-off, an official request was sent to the Professional Football League to postpone the Neftchi - Karabakh match scheduled for February 21 within the framework of the XXI round of the Azerbaijan Premier League. However, taking into account the objection of Neftchi club, the mentioned request was not accepted," - it is stated in the information.

Thus, Karabakh club, which will play the match on February 21 at 19:00 at Palms Sports Arena, will travel to England the next day for the game against Newcastle United.
