III CIS Games: Belarusian athlete won a gold medal

Belarusian swimmer Usevalad Sarakavik won a gold medal at the III CIS Games taking place in Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, the athlete outperformed all competitors in the 100-meter breaststroke swimming.

Russian Ilya Lamshanov took second place, and his compatriot Kirill Verenchuk came third.

Among Azerbaijani representatives, Yegor Maynitsky finished in seventh position, while Amirhuseyn Ganjeh came eighth.
