Elvin Mamedkhanov appointed to a high position

A new personnel appointment has been made at the Equestrian Federation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

As reported by Oxu.Az, the corresponding order was signed by the organization's president Elchin Guliyev.

According to the document, Elvin Mamedkhanov has been appointed as the general secretary of the federation.

It should be noted that prior to this, he held the position of first deputy general secretary of the organization and was temporarily acting in that capacity.
