Azerbaijani fencers won gold at the Islamic Games

Azerbaijani athletes won a gold medal in saber fencing competitions at the VI Islamic Solidarity Games held in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, our team won in the final against the team of Uzbekistan with a score of 45:43.

Note that earlier the national team won a bronze medal in epee fencing.
