Working hours schedule in Baku is changing - These schedules may be introduced
Important steps will be taken to organize flexible work schedules to reduce transport load and improve the efficiency of public transport in Baku and adjacent territories.
As reported by Baku.ws, within the framework of the new approach covering 2025-2026, different work schedules will be established for government bodies, educational and medical institutions, as well as other legal entities and individuals.
Based on the analysis of relevant structures, changes will be made to arrival and departure hours in various spheres. This will prevent people from simultaneously accessing roads and reduce traffic congestion.
The implementation of remote work mode in some state and private organizations is also envisaged. Flexible scheduling will create more comfortable travel conditions for employees and optimize the balance between work and transport.
Various models are used in world practice to optimize work schedules. The following ideal working hours have been identified to reduce transport load:
- 07:00-15:00 (for early starters)
- 08:00-16:00 (standard working hours)
- 09:00-17:00 (traditional work mode)
- 10:00-18:00 (for late starters)
