Traffic Police Appeals to Drivers

The Main Department of State Road Police (GUSDP) warned about restrictions that will be applied to the M-1 road.

According to the department's press service, due to repair works on the overpass and bridge over the canal at the 102nd kilometer of the M-1 Baku - Guba - state border with the Russian Federation highway, starting from March 8, 2025, at 10:00, vehicle traffic on the specified section will be partially restricted.

"The restriction will remain in effect until the completion of repair works. The GUSDP, taking into account changes in traffic organization, asks drivers to be more attentive on the specified section of the highway, unconditionally comply with the requirements of temporary road signs, and refrain from actions that create a threat to the life and health of both themselves and other road users," the information states.
