As reported by BAKU.WS, one of the entrances of the multi-story building has been littered with garbage for a long time, and even a dead rat was found among the waste.

According to residents, the problem has been ongoing for several days, but no responsible organization or official has taken measures to clean up the area. The current situation causes serious concern both in terms of residents' health and sanitary-hygienic standards.

The outraged residents demand that the relevant structures immediately solve the problem and clean up the entrance. They emphasize that the prolonged situation significantly complicates their daily lives and creates dangerous living conditions.
