November 8, when the heroic Azerbaijani army liberated its lands from occupation in 44 days, is the happiest and most blessed day of the brotherly country. At the same time, it is a day of pride for the entire Turkic world.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in a video report prepared by the Haber Global TV channel on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day.

The report notes that after Armenia's provocations on September 27, 2020, the second Karabakh war began, during which the Azerbaijani army launched counter-offensive operations. The entire country - young and old, from seven to 70 years of age - united as one fist over the course of 44 days. Azerbaijani soldiers demonstrated historic heroism in Karabakh, and cities and villages were reunited with their native Homeland.

The report also emphasizes that there was one more city whose liberation all of Azerbaijan eagerly awaited - the pearl of Karabakh, Shusha. This city, which nurtured countless artists and captivates with its magnificent nature, determined the outcome of the war.

"Six years ago, on this very day, Shusha was liberated. According to the trilateral statement signed on November 10, Armenia acknowledged its defeat. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev declared November 8, the day of the liberation of Shusha, as Victory Day, since November 10 coincides with the day of the passing of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk," the video states.
