Baku Congress Center begins short-term repair works due to technical malfunction. All events planned to be held at the Center during this period are suspended.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the center's press service.

According to the information, due to a technical malfunction that occurred in the innovative movable floor system after the concert program in the "Auditorium" hall on April 5, it became necessary to invite foreign specialists for repair, inspection, and calibration of the equipment. It is noted that the system with a high-tech and complex structure can only be restored by certified specialists from the manufacturing company.

It was emphasized that holding events without ensuring the safety and proper functioning of the equipment is impossible. Due to these reasons, all planned events in the "Auditorium" hall that require the use of the movable floor system are completely suspended until the repair works are completed.

The Center apologizes for the inconvenience and reports that all necessary steps are being taken to ensure safety and quality of events.

For issues related to ticket refunds for canceled events falling during the repair and restoration period, it is recommended to contact iticket.az:

"Work on attracting foreign specialists and ordering spare parts has already begun. Although the exact timeline for completion of the works and how long the process will take is not specified, the center's team aims to complete the works as soon as possible."

The statement also indicates that after restoring the functionality of the technical system, the Baku Congress Center will continue to host events at the same level as before.
