Arrested famous meykhana performer Rashad Dagly (real name - Rashad Amirov) underwent surgery.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Qafqazinfo, the surgical intervention was carried out in the medical unit of the facility where the artist is serving his sentence.

According to available information, the meykhana performer underwent a simple operation due to health problems.

The singer's lawyer Elvin Aliyev confirmed this information, noting that before the procedure, Rashad Dagly underwent a medical examination, after which he had a minor operation.

"At the moment his condition is satisfactory, there is no reason for concern," the lawyer said.

Recall that Rashad Dagly was found guilty of the intentional murder of a neighbor and sentenced to 9 years and 6 months in prison. He now has 6 years and 6 months left to serve.
