Icheri-Sheher is going digital: Yelo Bank has joined a new initiative

Baku lives not only through modern buildings, but also through its soul - the ancient Icherisheher, which preserves the imprint of centuries. To preserve this unique cultural space and present it to future generations in a more modern format, Yelo Bank has joined a new initiative.

The memorandum of cooperation between Yelo Bank and the Administration of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher" aims to promote national cultural heritage, develop tourism potential, and accelerate the digital transformation of the Administration. The document was signed by the Chairman of the Board of the Administration Rufat Mahmud and the Chairman of the Board of Yelo Bank Anar Gasanov.

The cooperation envisions the creation of a digital information and communication system for managing reserves, implementing scientific and technological achievements, utilizing international experience, developing open communication with the population, as well as updating public information through a mobile application. Additionally, mutual cooperation and implementation of joint projects will be important areas of focus.

Thus, both local residents and foreign guests will be able to more easily discover the spirit of ancient Baku, and our national heritage will be presented to a wider audience through modern technologies.
