We did not strike an already defeated enemy. We did not stoop to the level of barbarians and child killers who caused so much suffering to our people.
As reported by BAKU.WS, President Ilham Aliyev stated this in his speech at the VII CICA Summit.
"We offered peace and have been living in conditions of peace for just over a year. This peace remains fragile and should be protected and strengthened," the head of state added.
