Today we made a historic decision to join Azerbaijan to our format as a full participant.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the meeting of the 7th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States in the "Central Asia + Azerbaijan" format.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed confidence that in its new capacity Azerbaijan will make a significant contribution to strengthening regional cooperation.
