Pashinyan: Quite intensive work is underway on the implementation of the Trump Way project
Politics 10

Currently, intensive work is underway with the United States on the implementation of the "Trump's Path" project (TRIPP, Zangezur Corridor - ed.).

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Armenian media, this was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan today, October 27, during discussions in the National Assembly on the draft state budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2026.

"Of course, the project is new for us and the region, there are many nuances in it, and I am confident that we will discuss these issues as soon as possible, find solutions and implement this program," he said.

Pashinyan cited several excerpts from the program, noting:

"The third article, which we quote, in particular, states: "We confirmed the importance of opening communication between the two countries, namely Armenia and Azerbaijan, for internal bilateral and interstate transportation based on sovereignty, territorial integrity and jurisdiction of states in order to promote peace, stability and prosperity in the region and its surroundings. These efforts will include unimpeded communication between the main part of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic through the territory of the Republic of Armenia, which will provide mutual benefit to the Republic of Armenia in terms of international and domestic communications".

And the fourth paragraph states: "The Republic of Armenia will cooperate with the United States of America and mutually agreed third parties to determine the framework for implementing the TRIPP communication program 'Trump's Path for International Peace and Prosperity' on the territory of the Republic of Armenia. We confirm our determination to take in good faith all measures to achieve this goal as soon as possible".
